Written confirmation is sent once a deposit has been received. Payment in full is required if the booking is made within three weeks of arrival. The balance of payments is due three weeks prior to the date of arrival. Last minute bookings should be paid for in cash on arrival. The number of persons using the accommodation is restricted to the number specified in the brochure for that cottage. Sub-letting is not permitted. Guests are welcome to arrive after 4pm on the arrival date(for mid-week special offer the arrival time may need to be 6pm). Accommodation must be vacated by 10am on the date of departure. We are unable to accept liability for loss or damage to the Guest's property during their stay, or for personal injury. Cars parked on the premises are at the owners risk. Pets are only accepted by arrangement and on the strict understanding that owners take full responsibility for them both inside the property and in the grounds. We expect Guests to take additional care to ensure that furniture or fabrics are not damaged. An appropriate payment will be made for any unreasonable damage so that we are able to maintain high standards. Should Guests cancel their stay less than three weeks before their visit they may be liable for the full rental payment unless the property is relet. We will do all in our power to provide accommodation as required however, if we have to cancel your booking for what ever reason we will only be liable to refund any monies paid, which we will do immediately. Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation. If it is evident that smoking has taken place within the cottages then the lettee may be liable for an additional charge (minimum £50) to cover the extra cleaning and associated work. |
